ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) -- Eric Mabius has been upped to a regular on
ABC's midseason drama "Eyes," which centers on the workings of a private eye
firm whose job is to make its clients' problems go away. Mabius, who
guest-starred in the pilot, joins a cast that includes Tim Daly, Garcelle
Beauvais-Nilon, A.J. Langer and Laura Leighton. Mabius, whose credits
include the feature "Resident Evil" and its upcoming sequel, also co-stars
on the Showtime series "The L Word."

After reading parts of the script for episode 201 ("Life, Loss, Leaving") we
now know that Tim WILL be returning for this one episode. After one last
roll in the hay with Jenny, Tim packs up his U-Haul and sadly bids farewell
to the show.

Eric Mabius (Tim) has been
added to the cast of Eyes, a new midseason series about private
investigators....will this mean the end of our Tim in Season 2?
His character gets shot in the head at the end of the pilot episode but he
also appears in the group shot of the show. Does this mean the end for our
beloved Tim?
