Karina - who you may
remember from her role in Legends of the Fall - was born January 21, 1969
in Tahiti. Lombard is an exceptionally well-travelled woman, having lived
in Barcelona with her father at a young age and attending boarding schools
throughout Europe. She is also quite accomplished and speaks five
languages (English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish), sings, dances, and
writes songs.
Lombard began modeling,
dancing and acting at New York City's Gallery Theatres and the Neighborhood
Playhouse Theatre. Her training at the Strasberg Institute and the Actors Studio
prepared Lombard for several stage performances. Karina's screen roles to
date have been small but memorable performances in high-profile films such as The
Doors, Legends of the Fall, and The Firm.
