+ Happy 10yr anniversary L Word!! On this day in 2004, we were first introduced to the girls that would change our lives forever. We met so many wonderful people (including the cast) through making this website and had us many an adventure. Slicey and I would personally like to thank all of you that supported us over the years. It was very much a learning curve and we couldn't have done it without all your support. A special thank you to the cast and crew who worked tirelessly to bring us The L Word. You made TV history, and it was a magical time to be alive.
There were a lot of ups and downs, moments we cried, moments we rejoiced, moments we screamed at our TVs and moments we wanted to give up entirely. For those of us that stuck it out to the end, we shall never forget the time we spent talking, laughing, loving, breathing, fighting, fucking, crying, drinking, riding, winning, losing, cheating, kissing, thinking and dreaming. Because we all found out in the end, that this is indeed the way that we live. Here's to you Ilene Chaiken, where ever you may be.
+ We've been struggling a bit to make our server payments, so we might be going into a little rough patch for the next month or so, while we figure out what the future of the site is. If we can't raise some money, we might sadly have to shut the site down :( So if you're able, we'll gladly take any donations to keep the site going via Paypal @ firstname.lastname@example.org.

+ Hi folks. Yes, we're still here. We've had some server issues this past month (ie lack of money) but we struggled though it thanks to a generous supporter. We won't be disappearing into oblivion just because the show is over. Hopefully we'll be revamping the site soon. Again, I have to mention that at the moment its just me who is working on the site. So if anyone would like to join our team, please send your emails to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We're also looking for anyone who is a genius at Wordpress, or just knows how to use it LOL. So if your a writer, editor, designer, web-user or just wanna help out any way you can, again shoot us an email. + As some of you may have already heard, The L Word Down Under Convention has sadly been cancelled due to lack of ticket sales. People who had already bought tickets will be refunded their money. + Jennifer Beals (Bette) is an awesome photographer. We've heard rumours for 6 years now that she had been taking behind the scenes pictures for her own collection. Well now we finally get a chance to see them (and own them) in her new book set for release this December. For more info about "The L Word Book", check out this site and register your interest. The proceeds from the book will be going to charity.
