Queer As Folk Season 4 Premiere

WHAT: The cast of Showtime’s QUEER AS FOLK will host a red carpet movie-style premiere for the debut of the fourth season on April 8th.
WHO:
L WORD stars Jennifer Beals, Mia Kirshner, and Kate Moennig will join QAF stars Sharon Gless, Gale Harold,  Peter Paige and Hal Sparks.
Press will have the opportunity to interview the cast and producers that attend.

The first of the TimesTalks events, "The Meaning of 'The L Word,'" will be held in New York City on
Sunday March 21, from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. as part of the 11th annual New York Lesbian and Gay Business and Entertainment Expo at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. New York Times Ideas editor Patricia Cohen will moderate a panel discussion exploring the impact of the groundbreaking new Showtime television series about the lesbian community.

Museum of Television & Radio Los Angeles SEMINAR

The History of Gay & Lesbian Images on Television
Thursday, March 25, 2004; 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

In conjunction with the screening series featuring key moments in the history of gay and lesbian images on television, the Museum will hold a seminar in which creative individuals who have made significant contributions to this area will talk about the evolution of gay characters in the medium and the steps they took to bring greater attention to the topic.
