In 2 days Jennifer Beals competes in the Vancouver Triathlon. Inspired by
the three legs of the competition - an ocean swim, a bike course and a run -
she's selected three
charities to raise funds for: the Matthew Shepherd Foundation, the Pediatric
Cancer Center at Childrenšs Hospital of Los Angeles, and the I Live Here
Foundation (founded by Mia Kirshner).
